She has successfully managed complex budgets, multi-million-dollar property acquisitions, and financial forecasting for both luxury and affordable housing projects. Currently with Greystar, the nation’s largest property management company, Stacey oversees large-scale financial operations, including budgeting, expense management, financial variance reporting, and resource allocation.</p><p> With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Arizona State University and certifications such as Certified Property Manager, Certified HUD Housing Specialist, and Tax Credit Specialist, Stacey combines her financial expertise with a strong passion for community service, particularly in affordable housing. An ordained minister with New Beginnings Ministries and former Assistant Co-Facilitator for Trans Saints Ministry, Stacey’s dedication to community development complements her professional skills.
