Stacey Henson brings over 22 years of experience in financial oversight, property management, and resource development, making her highly qualified for the role of Board Treasurer. She has successfully managed complex budgets, multi-million-dollar property acquisitions, and financial forecasting for both luxury and affordable housing projects. Currently with Greystar, the nation’s largest property management company, Stacey oversees large-scale financial operations, including budgeting, expense management, financial variance reporting, and resource allocation.</p><p> With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Arizona State University and certifications such as Certified Property Manager, Certified HUD Housing Specialist, and Tax Credit Specialist, Stacey combines her financial expertise with a strong passion for community service, particularly in affordable housing. An ordained minister with New Beginnings Ministries and former Assistant Co-Facilitator for Trans Saints Ministry, Stacey’s dedication to community development complements her professional skills. Her blend of financial acumen, real estate expertise, and service- oriented leadership makes her the consummate professional, poised to contribute effectively to the growth and mission of IPCF.
