AmunDayo Edwards is a visionary leader and advocate for BIPOC LGBTQIA+ individuals, particularly within TGI communities. As the Founder and CEO of the Integrated Praise Community Foundation (IPCF), he spearheads efforts to advance healing, equity, and inclusion, drawing on over 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership. His work is grounded in social justice, spiritual well-being, and the pursuit of systemic change.
As an African American transgender man, AmunDayo offers a unique perspective that informs his leadership. He is also the Founder and Senior Pastor of Integrated Praise Spiritual Center (IPSC), an LGBTQIA+-affirming spiritual community. As the first transgender male NeterOrisha Priest with the Kindred of ShiEndra, AmunDayo champions the transformative power of indigenous practices in fostering wellness and resilience.
AmunDayo’s professional journey includes serving as a Human Services Supervisor for Sacramento County and as a Community Outreach Representative for the County’s LGBTQ Caucus. He has also been the Coordinator for TransSaints Ministry with the Fellowship of Affirming Ministries, where he worked to foster TGI inclusion, raise awareness, and educate others on the challenges and concerns facing TGI communities, cultivating greater understanding and appreciation of TGI people.
AmunDayo holds a Master of Divinity from the Pacific School of Religion, underscoring his commitment to lifelong learning. His work has been featured in prominent publications, including the San Francisco Chronicle, and showcased in photojournalistic displays, amplifying the reach of IPCF’s mission.

Stacey Henson brings over 22 years of experience in financial oversight, property management, and resource development, making her highly qualified for the role of Board Treasurer. She has successfully managed complex budgets, multi-million-dollar property acquisitions, and financial forecasting for both luxury and affordable housing projects. Currently with Greystar, the nation’s largest property management company, Stacey oversees large-scale financial operations, including budgeting, expense management, financial variance reporting, and resource allocation.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Arizona State University and certifications such as Certified Property Manager, Certified HUD Housing Specialist, and Tax Credit Specialist, Stacey combines her financial expertise with a strong passion for community service, particularly in affordable housing.
An ordained minister with New Beginnings Ministries and former Assistant Co-Facilitator for Trans Saints Ministry, Stacey's dedication to community development complements her professional skills. Her blend of financial acumen, real estate expertise, and service- oriented leadership makes her the consummate professional, poised to contribute effectively to the growth and mission of IPCF.
Larissa McGee Lee brings a wealth of leadership, administrative, and service experience. A Chattanooga, TN native and U.S. Marine Corps veteran, she developed discipline, teamwork, and leadership—skills that have shaped her career.
Following her military service, Larissa was Supervisor of Blood Services at the American Red Cross, where she refined her expertise in logistics, documentation, and information management. As the owner of Reeces Pieces, she manages operations, customer relations, and record-keeping, sharpening her organizational skills. She also holds an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, using her legal knowledge to assist her community with employment, marriage, and estate planning.
Currently at the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), Larissa applies her expertise in community development and housing to support underserved populations. Additionally, as a Minister of Congregational Care at Integrated Praise Spiritual Center, she offers spiritual guidance to the community.
A proud wife, mother, and grandmother, Larissa’s diverse background in military service, nonprofit, business, and legal sectors equips her with a keen attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex challenges, ensuring the board remains focused, efficient, and responsive in advancing the mission of the Integrated Praise Community Foundation.
Rev. Carmarion D. Anderson-Harvey is a pioneering leader and advocate, currently serving as the Alabama State Director for the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), where she holds the historic distinction of being the first transgender person of color in a leadership role. With a strong foundation in public health and education, she has managed critical initiatives in Texas that have effectively addressed health disparities in marginalized communities.
Rev. Anderson-Harvey is a dedicated champion for transgender rights, having influenced policy at various levels, including engagements with the White House. Her work has received national recognition, advancing equity, inclusion, and access to respectful, competent healthcare for underserved populations.
A dynamic public educator and speaker, she leverages multiple platforms—including documentaries and renowned publications—to foster awareness and drive transformative change. In ministry for over two decades with The Fellowship of Affirming Ministries (TFAM), she is an ordained minister and currently serves as the National Administrator for the TransSaints of TFAM. Additionally, she is a leader at First Congregational United Church of Christ in Birmingham, Alabama, where she is completing her Member-in-Discernment (MID) and Call to Privilege process with the United Church of Christ (UCC).
Raised in Dallas, Texas, with family roots in Natchez, Mississippi, Rev. Anderson- Harvey is also a mother and grandmother. Her lifelong dedication to inclusion and social justice exemplifies her commitment to building a more equitable society for all.
